A Winter Landscape follows the dual eye-view of the artist as she runs through the harsh winter landscapes of the trail paths surrounding the town of Banff in Alberta, Canada. The work was made during a 5 week 'Liminal Screen' Co-production residency at the Banff New Media Institute (BNMI), from February 26th- March 29th 2009. It is part of a longer term project that concerns the making of video/performance artworks using mobile camera technologies worn on the artist’s head and body to record long-distance runs.
